5 Things You Didn’t Know About Me!
1. I was born in France
🇫🇷 Before I made BC my home 10 years ago, I grew up in Paris, so I’m a proud mix of European charm and Canadian chill! 🇨🇦 French culture and its emphasis on direct, no-nonsense communication has clearly influenced my approach to life.
2. I’m a Roller Derby Player
💥 I love the fast-paced, full-contact sport—it teaches me so much about resilience, focus, and grit. It also requires exceptional team communication skills. 🛼
3. I’m a Parent
👩👧👦As a mom of two, I get the highs and lows of parenting and the challenges of navigating the rollercoaster of emotions. I bring that perspective into my work with warmth and understanding. 💖
4. I Practiced Somatic Work Long Before I Knew What It Was
🧘🏻Before studying Somatics or even knowing the term “somatic”, I was creating little body-based games with my friends to build trust and connection. If you’re a friend, you’ve probably experienced my “elastic game” firsthand!
5. I’m All About Connection and Play
✨Whether through roller derby or my somatic practices, I’ve always believed in the power of play and I’ve seen how it can deepen intimacy and connection in unexpected ways.
Drop me a message if you’d like to chat more about somatics, roller derby, or building deeper connections! 💬✨

Embodied. It’s about fully inhabiting your body, listening to it, learning from it, and understanding the messages it’s sending.
By deepening your awareness and tuning into your body’s signals, you can learn how to release patterns of tension, explore pleasure without pressure, and feel more at ease in your own skin.
